They blame each other.

Smokie is convinced it is bandit's fault he got a bath, and bites him and bandit claws smokie thinking it is smokie's fault HE got a bath!

Awwww! The looks they are giving you!!! My girls haven't had to get baths in a while. When they were smaller I tried to bathe them somewhat regularly for DH's allergies. But he's grown more accustomed to them so we don't do that anymore.

Smokie tolerates it without fighting, i ws told by his previous owner she gave him a bath monthly and he was just used to it--

the baby on the other hand, hates it and I have the claw marks to prove it

However, despite the looks-- THEY are the ones who kknocked over the smelly kitchen trash with old food and such in it (that hadnt been emptied yet), and played in it........

LOL!!! Reminds me of years ago, when one of my cats got out and then came home covered in dead leaves and poo. One would think these kitties might appreciate our assistance cleaning the yuck off, but baths always seem to be the worst experiences of their lives!
