Most secure harness?

I want to get my brother's cat a harness for her birthday, and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the most secure harness?
I want to get her a harness so he can take her outside safely. He lives in the woods so it needs to be something she cannot get loose out of because they have bobcats and coyotes and other wildlife out there...

The best ones I have seen are the ones that have Velcro and snaps. I can post photo's of the type I have for Loki my Savannah. I only use it when taking him to the veterinarian or to another place like that, as an added form of "security" along with a cat crate/carrier.

But I am fairly sure if he can not escape, most cats can not. Since he is a Houdini, in my humble opinion.

I've heard good things about a cat "walking jacket". I actually made a harness for Wessie and put in a butt flap. It's pretty much impossible for him to escape from it.
