We're having Canadian Thanksgiving dinner today. What is your favorite kind of pie?

Mincemeat, but pumpkin comes a close second! My time of year!

(Have you seen my mother's green tomato mincemeat pie filling recipe on here?)

I apple pie. Happy Canadian Thanksgiving you all .

My favourite is pecan pie. My husband made two lemon meringue pies yesterday, one for my family dinner last night and one for his today and it everyone loved it last night. More people ate the lemon meringue pie than the pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake.

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!!! I love key lime pie

I'm not a pie person, unless its chocolate. I've made an Oreo Overload pie (oreos crushed in chocolate pudding and put in an oreo pie crust )

Apple is probably my favorite, but close second is rhubarb. I should make it more often. I haven't had a rhubarb pie for years.

Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow canucks.

Boysenberry Pie is my all time favorite from when I was about 18 months old. I also like pumpkin, chocolate cream, banana cream, apple and cherry.

A good blackberry pie can't be beat; then again, key lime is pretty tasty, too.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Canadian members!

HAPPY Thanksgiving Canada! My favorite pies are pumpkin and mincemeat.

A caramel apple pie would trip my trigger any time.

Failing that, I'll gladly take a mile-high lemon meringue pie.

I baked 2 pumpkin pies for today. My favorite is raspberry/ saskatoon pie

I'm not a big cake, candy pie eater ( I like real food better than the desserts) -- but I would say my weakness would be lemon meringue or key lime pie (also cherry pie).

Happy Canadian Thankisgiving.

I adore pumpkin pie, but my absolute favorite was my Grandmother's graham cracker cream pie. It was sinful and probably about 1000 calories a slice but it was to die for. I really got to dig the recipe up some day.

The last time we were in Canada, we stayed at a B & B up on Niagara-on-the-Lake. One morning, the cook made pancakes with saskatoon berries. Delicious! Kind of like a blueberry, but smaller and with a more intense taste, I think. Those berries are just delicious.
