Finiky again

For the two years I've had Ritz, she tends to eat one brand/flavor of food at a time: she'll only eat Max Cat, one flavor for a few weeks/months; only eat Soulistic for a few weeks/months, one flavor; only eat AvoDerm, one flavor; only eat Fancy Feast Classic, one flavor. Etc. The change in her tastes happens almost overnight.
I started transitioning Ritz to raw two weeks ago. She loved it so much that for almost a week, she's now 100% raw. I loved it because she ate any flavor with relish.
Yesterday, she started turning her nose up at the raw (Quail, Primal). I thought it was because the food was cool/cold (she throws up if the food is cold). Eventually she'll eat it. I don't think the reason is entirely: she's simply not hungry enough; I think once again her tastes have changed.
Any suggestions how to make her like raw again--simply alternate brands, flavors (I also have Instinct beef.)
Thanks for all your help; you're a life saver.
(And I'm not so obsessed about her weight anymore....)

I go by the reasoning that cats are only finicky if their owners make them that way.

Don't panic too much if she misses a meal or looks at you like 'Where's something better mommy??' It's the giving in and changing foods that encourages the constant flavor/brand changing. She finds something she likes, and like a kid eating endless chocolate, burns herself out. However, I do encourage you to feed her at least two different flavors of raw. It will help keep her food from starting to taste bland, and encourage flexibility in her diet, so if you ever have to give wet in the case of an ordering mishap, you won't find yourself with a kitty that won't eat.

Yes, I have definitely made Ritz finicky.
She ate the Primal Quail last night finally after I put some chicken heart in it.
And this morning when --horrors -- she'd gone without food for seven hours, she ate the PQ cold. And then some cat grass.
I do like rotation principle. I'll go to the store today/tomorrow and get a different variety/brand. I know she likes/d Instinct Beef.
