Just wanted to let everyone know that the Fotogenic Felines 2012 calendar is now available. The 13-month calendar is a project of Ohio Alleycat Resource (OAR), the rescue I foster for. We received more than 140 photo submissions for the calendar via a contest held earlier this year. A panel of judges that included a non-OAR rescue person, a vet, and a professional photographer selected the top three photos for each month. My own Gracie is featured, as well as former fosters Evie and Frankie. The calendars are $15 a piece and all proceeds will benefit OAR's spay/neuter clinic to help families otherwise unable to sterilize their pets or strays.
