Kittens not feeling well - Page 2

I'm so sorry to heart this. You did everything you could.

I am sorry to be replying so late to your post but I hope you do read this. You did everything possible for those kittens and I was amazed that they were still hanging in there when I read about their situation at first. Kittens go down so fast when they are ill. Even when they are healthy, the slightest thing can make them sick. Or they can just stop eating for no reason. Just know what a difference it made that you were there for them and you put in so many days and hours of care. Now they are at the rainbow bridge and they are happy and healthy. You made them feel loved.

Thank you. I know at least they were loved. The vet told me today when I was there that they had the worst case of calici that she had seen and that it rarely progresses into pneumonia but when it does it is typically fatal. She understands why I didn't want to give up on them and was very supportive of helping me give them the best chance I could. She made sure she let me know that there was nothing else I could have done, and that I didn't do anything to make this happen. I am so thankful for the support you and everyone has given me, it means the world to me. Thank you!
