What do you do when you are nervous about something? Do you drink tea or maybe do some deep breathing? How do you cope with nerve wracking situations?

I usually just hope I get through whatever is making me feel that way fairly quickly.
I think I just realized at some point I didn't want to be like that at the most minor stuff and sorta built off it. The bigger things a long hot shower works well.
