Apparently, if Juno were human, that is what she would be. We have TWO cat trees and *this* is where JuJu chooses to sleep (in a basket full of newspapers that we use to start the fire in our woodstove sometimes)!

Juno is so cute! Holland loves to lie on newspaper too... or regular paper... mail.... bills....

Baskets are a huge hit here as well, even with numerous kitty trees. There's just no figuring out cats.

Baskets, boxes, anything they can fit comfortably into. I think it must be one of those instinctive things: I guess that in the wild, cats would prefer to rest where they can be somewhat sheltered and hidden, but not too enclosed in case they need to bolt.
