6 month old kitten weird behavior

Thread Starter
My kitten is 6 months old and he was neutered a couple months ago. Every once is a while he will grab something with his mouth, (something that has a nice texture like a pair of soft sleeping pants or a soft towel) and he will paw at it incessantly & looks like he's almost trying to hump it. LOL, I know that sounds silly, but he does this. I didn't think he would because he's been fixed, any comments?

It's normal. The "incessant pawing" is kneading, which is very common cat behavior. Some cats do hump when they do it. It's not really a sexual thing. My Tolly (neutered male) humps when he kneads. (he kneads on me) He's done it all his life, he's over 12 years old. I used to be grossed out by it, but I've kind of gotten used to it now, though I do push him off me when he starts getting too excited.
