Hi everyone! I have loved cats for all my life and many of my friends don't share the same affinity for them, so I have come here to read about and share the love.
I have 3 kitties as of now, although one is unfortunately a temporary resident in my household.
The first one's name is Artanis. I adopted him as a kitten and have had him for ~1.5 years. Here he is as a kitten and as a cat:
Arty can be a bit touchy sometimes- he's not afraid to bite you to tell you not to pet him anymore, but it's not a hard bite. He can be pretty affectionate. When I got him as a kitten, he couldn't sit still, but I thought he was the most beautiful, adorable kitten I had ever seen. He is still quite a handsome fella.
The second is a kitten I just got and am keeping forever- a Ragdoll named Totoro. There's a long story about him and the other kitten, but I'll save that for another post

He's still a bit scared of everything but when he gets used to things, he's very sweet and ragdoll-ish. I was surprised to see how rambunctious he gets when he plays! It's like he never saw a toy before each time I play with him. Both he and Arty have the softest coats. I could pet them for hours.
The one I am not keeping is from a shelter; his shelter name is Igor. Like I said, long story.. but he's going back
He's such a cutie pie too.
I guess long story short, he was diagnosed with a heart murmur when I took him to the vet for his cough. Originally I was going to keep him for a year and then my mother was going to take him, but neither of us can afford him if his murmur becomes a special need.

I'm really sorry about Igor, he looks like a wonderful little kitten. Hopefully he finds a good home with people who will be able to care for him.
