Question about anesthesia

My vet said they use Ketamine, Domitor and Torbugesic as the pre-meds and maintain them on Isoflurine for a spay/neuter. I have never heard of the last 2, but have heard controversial things about Ketamine.

Does this sound okay?

I can't wait to just get this done and over with!

Edit; I just looked up Domitor and apparently it's for dogs, so I will be asking them if they use that on cats.. cause, yeah.. that shouldn't be used on cats!

Ketamine is a very common drug used to sedate small animals. It's very effective and safe. You've probably heard it mentioned as a club drug for people but that's a completely different story. It does not have the same effect on people as on cats and dogs.
