*sigh* I didn't want to leave!

Food. No, I didn't eat that whole plate of nachos - my friends ordered it and then we shared.
The sopa da lima was fantastic!! And the beer is definitely mine!

Pomegranate margarita! The best in town, made by the fabulous Miguel!

Study of beach and foot.

Just the beach.

Just a few more coming up!

View from my hotel balcony of the palapa bar.

Pool

Learning how to stand-up paddle from the intensely handsome David. I'm listening so intently.

I eventually did stand up, for a little bit, but it was a little wavy - I know it doesn't look wavy, but it was, once I got further out. David gave me an extra half hour on another day.

Storm out to sea, on the Atlantic side of the island.

Isla Mujeres from the ferry as I was leaving.
Bye, Isla Mujeres!

Thanks for lookin'!

Thanks for sharing!
Looks very relaxing, the water is beautiful! I soooooo want to go to a place where the water is that turquoise color, and clear down to the sand... I can see how you had a great time there!

So beautiful! I visited Cancun and the surrounding areas a few years back and I didn't want to leave, either. Also, I probably could have finished off those nachos on my own

You do?!?!? That's hysterical! I always think of Sol with beaches and the aqua sea, and I think of a fine ale when in the UK..... I'll have to adjust my thinking.
