Picking out my fingers, I don't bite my nails but picking at my fingers is a really terrible habit I wish I could stop. I don't even realize I'm doing it.

I would say is my biggest issue .

Biting nails/skin around my nails. Sometimes I kick the habit for awhile, and then I get back into it, then kick it again and get back into it

Chewing my nails

I think others would say my swearing... I could offend a drunken sailor sometimes...

But my own view is similar to others here... I have a nervous habit of picking at my nails... to the point I bleed sometimes... rarely, but it has happened. It's one of my stress indicators... my muscles are all full up of my stress... it has to go somewhere...

Making a snorting noise . Due to mild allergies.

I bite the skin on my thumbs I bite it past the knuckle I'm really surprised I've never poisoned them where as both my brothers have and they have only had the likes of a paper cut

I talk before I think. Especially if I'm really passionate about something or very upset about something. I should stop and think before I say anything, but sometimes it just spurts right out.

I'm too sensitive - cry at almost anything!

i'm too emotional and i'm a perfectionist!

Not cleaning up after myself. DH and I are both bad for that so there are always dirty coffee cups or glasses or paper towels sitting around.
