Define "quarantine." Do you have her in a seperate room, a crate, etc? With it being on her eye like that, I wonder how likely she would really be to transmit it? Did you ever get a definite diagnosis?

Quarantine, meaning she has been separated from us and our other 3 cats in our guest bedroom for 2 weeks now.

Well, to be on the safe side I believe it's recommended to quarantine for about six to eight weeks. It can spread through spores being dropped on the floor and picked up by another cat. There doesn't have to be skin to skin contact. Remember that it's important that the humans in the household take precaution when handling the kitty. I wore plastic gloves and a robe I kept in the room when I handled the kittens I had with ringworm. They had a much more severe ringworm though.
I'd at least keep her quarantined for another two weeks. Once the rash and wounds starts to heal she's not as contagious anymore but if you really want to be on the safe side you should quarantine her until she's completely healed with no more rash or wound at all. It will take a while longer for the fur to grow back but that's okay.
