For anyone on facebook... this is the link to my birthday wish, which is to raise money for the local TNR here in my town. And since my birthday is October 16th it's so appropriate... National Feral Cat Day!!!

How are you securing these money go to the ferales??

I hope your honest blue eyes arent the only security?

As you know, we are VERRY cautious with actions for gathering money...

The money is sent from the site directly to the Non Profit group. It's a secure site... all information can be found at the Causes website http://www.causes.com/

I've never used it before but it looked like a good way to get the word out and earn a little money for the spaying and neutering of feral cats... and this group has helped me with my ferals. I like that there is a way to earn money without even sending in money just by watching ads... that way everyone can help. Thanks for taking a look!

Aw, what a wonderful thing to do! And what a great day for a birthday!

Don't know if you'll get many from TCS, as most of us are already donating locally and paying for TNR ourselves.

Just as an aside, I don't know if you know, but there are a number of other sites where you can help shelter animals, just by voting or clicking.

A number of TNR programs have been participating in the Pepsi Refresh Challenge: http://www.refresheverything.com/ And there are a number of awareness sites where you can raise money for all kinds of things just by clicking! I play Free Kibble Kat (and click to feed dogs too!) every day. I have The Animal Rescue Site set as my homepage, and I take the time to link to all the sister sites: breast cancer awareness, literacy, rain forest, autism, veterans, hunger, child health... to click every day.

Yes, what a wonderful thing you are doing. Your birth date is a very special one . I do hope you get all you want for your birthday and for the feral cats

Thanks!! I know chances of getting donations are slim most places, but I thought there's always the chance of someone browsing with money they want to put somewhere... right place, right time kinda thing So it was worth the post, I do understand that most of us are supporting our own causes, and that is great too! I love all that I see being done for the kitties here... and being new to ferals I am just very anxious to help this group I've become acquainted with. I will probably just end up donating my own money to make it happen... but you never know. I am also trying to get my family and friends to get on the bandwagon.
