Last Hope Shelter Cats

There's the FB link.. easier than posting 20+ photos! These are just some of the shelter cats Last Hope in NY has.. I started volunteering for them today. It was a lot of fun socializing and playing with the kitties!

This shelter is a no-kill shelter. They go to kill shelters and pull cats that are about to be euth, or less-likely to be adopted or in need of serious help (they pulled a cat with eyelids turned inside out, and gave it the surgery it needed.. now the kitty's in a wonderful home!) They rarely take kittens, unless they have to for whatever reason.

Harry isn't photographed. He was sleeping most of the time on top of the cabinet when I was there! He's a classic tabby with a cloudy left eye. Beautiful lil boy

I want Rebecca. She's SO gorgeous. (Not to mention that's my DD's name!) I wish the hubster would let me take on another kitty.

Those colors are just magnetic to me-my house is all autumn colors....

Completely unlike my Rebecca the ULTRA Extrovert.

She's so beautiful (the kitty, ok, and my DD) I'm going to show DH the picture-her eyes are looking into my heart. I like torties, but she is stunning.

Last Hope is fairly close to me....and it would be helping.....

They're all beautiful little ones....I'm so glad four of them found homes and am sending lots of that the rest of them do, too.

This guy is absolutely stunning. Shy but sweet.. and beautiful eyes ever!! I think he's a Turkish Van.
