Hear, hear Molldee! I couldn't agree with you more. Why put an otherwise very healthy kitten to sleep when it can still have a good quality of life?
Well done to the OP for doing such a wonderful thing by giving her kitten a chance in life.

dont put it down, my cat also had the same problem, he lost his eye. he is doing just well

Omg so cute!! 

I agree, there's nothing wrong with blind kitties. Special needs cats deserve the equal chance for a good life as any other cat!
