It finally feels like home...

Tonight, for the first time since we've moved, Holland got the cat crazies, running around the apartment like a madcat.

The aftermath (her favorite sleeping position, apparently ):


And a couple of bonus pics:

"Hi mommy! I'm all clean but I forgot to put my tongue away..."


Some of you may remember how much Holland loves to accessorize. Here she is on my laptop bag. She believes that everything is hers :

I never have my camera handy when she's sticking her tongue out like that so when she was sitting right there yesterday AND I had my camera I was so excited. But when I used the flash the pic just looked like a big white flash, and I didn't have enough light for no flash... That was about the 5th or 6th picture I took until I finally got a semi-decent one. I think that's why she looks so annoyed...

It's Gumby's twin - Yay!

On the bright side, at least she's black so her hair doesn't show up on your laptop bag. Twitch (solid white) likes to sleep on stuff & leaves truckloads of hair behind. I swear she saves up her 'molting' for when she's sleeping on the blackest things.

Well, any delusions I had of actually owning my stuff were put to rest a few minutes ago... I was working on my laptop (I've got it on the laptop bag) and she actually PUSHED the computer out of the way so she could lay on the bag and groom...

THIS. This is my favorite Holland pose EVER. Good to see she's settling into her new place, and that she still has impeccable taste in accessories! Love that baby girl!

Look at that belly! She's really comfy in her home, isn't she? And every single item in that apartment? Has been put there for her enjoyment and hers alone. And that's the way it is!

That is the truth. I've made the mistake a couple of times of leaving my mail on the kitchen table only to come home to find it scattered all over the floor.
