How do cats wake you up? - Page 2

Yesterday Kairi woke me up playing with the buttons on the clock You can imagine the reaction that got!
I blocked the clock this morning, so he crawled under the blanket between me and my husband and clawed at my butt, purring.

He's getting used to sleeping with us, but we have to change his inner alarm clock.

Whisper and Bootser start screaming around 4:00 or so for their breakfast. And it just goes downhill from there.

Mine wakes me up at 7:55 every morning, which is OK since my alarm would wake me up at 8 anyway! They'd stick their faces in mine and tickle me with their whiskers.

The real question is what doesn't Holland do to wake me up...

She usually starts by jumping not on the bed, but right onto my stomach. Then the kneading starts - usually my leg or shoulder. If that doesn't work my face or my hand gets headbutted. If I really don't want to get up she'll finally settle herself down on my shoulder and just sit there for a few minutes, then back to kneading and headbutting.

The rudest wake up I ever had, besides the normal running and jumping on the bed, is when bobcat Amber peed on my shoulder, because I wasn't getting up fast enough
