I love the sunny days, the longer days, the higher temperatures. (OK, I can do without the 100+ degrees and the high humidity, I suppose, but I love the warmth).
We spend the entire summer outdoors; there's always work somewhere in the yard. (I say "work" but when you really love doing it, it's not really work.) We love to plan flower beds and get them going. And now we've got a nice veggie garden....after I mowed yard last night, I went up to the garden and brought back tomatoes, green peppers, and banana peppers. And one nice zucchini. We really enjoy working outside.
I love to grill and the summer gives me plenty of time to try new grilling recipes. We pretty much grill every night during the summer, except when it's really raining.
We have an inground pool and there's nothing more relaxing after a night of yard work than stripping down and taking a dip. I used to spend hours in the pool, until really late at night. It's just beautiful.
Fall! I love the cool, crisp weather. I love how the air smells so fresh, especially when I have my windows wide open! I love the sound of leaves crunching beneath my feet!
Fall. I LOVED fall when I lived in NJ. The trees changing, the crisp weather, wood burning, pumpkin picking, Halloween, etc.
I still enjoy fall because it means I can stop melting from the disgusting summers we have here in SC. Its been in the low 60s in the mornings when I leave for work and I've been so excited
Fall is my favorite season. I love when the leaves turn, it's so beautiful. It starts cooling down. It means summer is really over. I hate the heat and humidity, so I look forward to this time every year
Fall. Theres a reason Pennsylvania is one of the most beautiful states. Its gorgeous driving thru where I live with so many woods around and watching the leaves change a million different colors. Even just looking out of my kitchen window is gorgeous because I have my own patch of woods to watch change.
