….As you can see in Yucatán is located Chichen Itza (Mayan Ruins) one of the New 7 wonders of the Modern world!...

4.- Can you speak spanish? !Si!. I taught myself in order to tutor Hispanic students in English (ESL program volunteer.) I LOVE Spanish!

7.-Do you like the Mexican Food?

( do you have any preference for example: burritos, Tacos, rice & beans, etc?) Yes, as long as it's not too spicy. I love beef burritos. I don't like the texture of hard tacos, and find them difficult to eat! DH was once a chef in a Mexican restaurant, so he cooks great Mexican food!

8.-Do you like the Tequila?

...or else Mexican Alcoholic beverage? I don't drink alcohol.

9.- Have you ever to sleeped in a hammock? No, but I've always wanted to!

10.- Have you ever to saw the traditional mexican clothes?

Yes, but I think they wouldn't look good on me. I love and collect Mexican silver jewelry, though.

11.- Do you to know Cancun Mexico? ( Is a beach)

( here´s the link my friend: ) I've never been there, but my mother in-law goes every year. She brings me this fabulous Mexican vanilla for cooking--you have to try it (you can buy it here, too). It really adds a lovely taste to desserts

10.- Do you play some Musical instrument? No, but I 've always wanted to play the piano. My parents wouldn't let me take lessons. I do have an antique player piano (the kind that plays perforated rolls of music when you pump the foot pedals). It can also be played as a standard piano. It was a gift. I looked into taking lessons, but found it would take 6 years to master! I don't have that kind of patience!

I don't collect DVDs, etc. I do have about 200 DVDs and videos, but I wouldn't say that I collect them.

Yes. I was in several plays in high school, but I really did more costume design & sewing than acting.

9.- If you could to meet to some artist wich one would be and say us why! I don't really want to meet any. The only famous people I've ever met were politicians, mostly at work.

10.- Would you like to live next at some artist (? ( I mean for example your neighboor would be a TV anchor or else?) Not particularly; I think there would be a lot of the public gawking at their house. I like my privacy! If one moved in, I don't think I'd move, though, unless things got really crazy--I'd just adapt, and perhaps even enjoy it.

I just love Laura Ingalls Wilder, too - although it's been a loooooong time since I've read any of her books.

I used to watch Little House On the Prairie faithfully till it was taken off the air. Sometimes I'll be able to watch reruns if they are on any of the stations. I've probably seen some of the episodes at least 5 or 6 times - but I never get sick of them. I'm sure that some of the episodes were exaggerated for ratings sake and a lot of what occurred in the show wasn't what really happended in Laura's real life, but I still enjoyed the show. I wish it would come on again.

I also won a prize for "The Prettiest" there, and won a pretty fabric-covered round box, which now houses my wedding tiara).
