Brooklyn is going home TODAY!!

Couldn't be happier guys! My beautiful black foster cat, Brooklyn, is going to a WONDERFUL forever home this afternoon. She deserves it SO much. If you're not familiar with her story, you can read it here: http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=233633 but she has absolutely had it pretty rough.

The woman adopting her adopted another black cat at the last adoption fair we had, and can't WAIT to get Brooklyn home!

Brooklyn's challenging journey has brought tear to my eyes more than once.

Today, I have tears for Brooklyn...
but they are tears of joy.

Have a wonderful life little panther...

I am so happy to hear this!! I hope her new mommy keep her name, too... I just LOVE the name Brooklyn! Many for sweet Brooklyn in her new forever home.

She LOVES the name and is absolutely keeping it! She's already been posting on my Facebook foster page about how well she's doing, posting pics and everything! It couldn't have worked out any better!

Congratulations, Brooklyn! And kudos, Kailie, for making it happen....yet again! If there was ever a little girl who deserved a loving home, it was Brooklyn. Oh, I know, they all deserve loving homes. But she went through so much. Bless her heart, I hope she purrs and purrs and purrs in happiness for the rest of her life.

YAY For Brooklyn!!!!!!!!!!

I am so very happy to see this update. I haven't been in the Lounge much lately and this is the first thing I see!!! I am going to do the banana dance for Brooklyn.
