Over the last few years my girlfriend has given supplements and natural health products to her cat. She’s searched all over the internet for the products she needs and has experienced frustration in trying to deal with some businesses and websites.
I decided to adopt this problem for a university paper I’m currently sitting. For part of my research I’ve put together a short survey looking at features of websites that sell such products and how you feel about those features.
