The other threads are fun, lets try another...
What do your kitties do that push your buttons?

Buddy: When he gets into the potatoes. Or when he picks at the door when I am ALMOST asleep.

Parker: When he has his spazzes and his leg thumps against the wall at like 4am.

Sami: When she sits on the high edge of the litter box and gets poo on the wall, even though there is two boxes together, making like 4 feet of litter.

Noodles when she scratches the chair. I have foam coming out now. Can't seem to get her to stop!! She also likes to scratch on DH's backpack he uses for work. Drives him nuts.

Mooch can be a bit overbearing. But at least she doesn't try to sit on my chest anymore. Last weigh in she was still 15lb...thats a lot of kitty!! Mostly I love that she loves me so much. Sometimes shes just a little too enthusiastic about it.

Mattie, when she slaps at Muffin and scratches his nose. Also when she scratches my porch wicker.

Muffin, nothing, he is perfect
Monet.. when I pick him up, and he really doesn't want to be held, he'd dig his back claws into my skin to where it hurts like heck and jump off me.

Cassie.. when she's underfoot and I trip and hit the wall.

Hahaha I was thinking about this at 4:30 this morning as Flowerbelle started pulling my hair because she wanted a snack. Flowerbelle, because she's deaf, talks a LOT with her paws. She'll start by just tapping me, or touching me really sweetly. But sometimes I'm so asleep, I don't wake up for that. That works during the day. So at night, she progresses to putting her paw on my head, digging in her claws, and pulling! THAT wakes me up. I noticed last night that I have quite a few small scabs on my head - I let clipping her claws go a little too long.

When cynder insists on biting my feet and ankles, and my favorite bugger of all time is when I'm sweeping up cat litter he attaches himself to the broom and won't let go and then lays in the pile of litter I'm trying to sweep up...
Oh yea.. Picasso.. after I just finished cleaning the litter box, she HAS to go right in, before I place the box back in its spot. I'm like "I JUST cleaned it! You couldn't wait?!"

Jasper When he gets his kitten on and attacks our 80 lb Malimute-Lab mix Kyra. Or when he decides that he wants to climb the screens in the windows

Snowy- When i am eating cereal and tried to stick her paw in the pull and pushes it down for her to stick her nose in it.

Tiger- when he jumps on the refrigerator to get the cat food then knocks it all over the kitchen. We keep in a small cup up top for the next round of food and now it's in the refrigerator with everything else. Little turd

Definitely when she wakes me up at 4:30 wanting breakfast. She's also started getting under my feet ALL the time. She has never really done that before, but I think I've tripped over her at least half a dozen times in the past few days!!

Allen - When he drools all over me and/or my computer desk. I'm glad he's that happy, but I'd really appreciate a reduction in the waterworks.

Rachel - When she waits for me to pick her up and carry her over to her crate for meals, despite the fact she's got four perfectly good paws that can walk her over and into the crate.

Meghan - When she meows, incessantly, at the top of her lungs to be petted, and then moves just out of reach when I finally attempt to comply with her demands.

Spencer - When he's finished lying on my chest or my pillow after I've gone to bed, he freakin' LAUNCHES himself away instead of getting up and walking away like a normal cat. I'm invariably just on the cusp of drifting off and this yanks me into full, almost painful alertness every time.

Heather - Heather's a total sweetheart who would be horrified if anything she did bothered me.

Ralph - With his food obsession. I get REALLY tired of trying to eat while fighting off his cute but horrendously persistent attempts to steal my food, never mind his attempts to take food out of the refrigerator or off the stove, or dig it out of the garbage disposal.

Milo scratches at everything. He has destroyed the back of couches, carpet, walls, edges of my mattress...etc. He does not like soft paws and freaks out if I put them on him.

Zebra is scared of dogs so if shes around and sees one of my dogs she will freak out and stick her claws in me trying to get away. She also sits out in the hall at night sometimes crying because she wants to come into my bedroom. If I let her in, she just cries to get out.

Gabby taught many of my others to ignore the food bowl and go to the source-the bag of dry. Not an issue as I am on all canned now but THAT was bad.

Also someone managed to open up a few cans of food(???) guessing shes responsible for that too...

Jon is my master knock anything over in under a minute. His feet are like hands as he gets into the strangest things even when you think something is safe. Got him around 3 months old and he was like that even then.

That reminds me - Holland will also jump right onto my belly sometimes in the middle of the night, waking me up with a big "OOF!" Then she figures "hey, since you're awake, mommy, why don't you pet me for a while?"

Scarlett: if she wants something and I don't read her mind to get it for her, she'll paw at me with her claws out. The worst is in the middle of the night when I'm woken by a claw to my face. She usually wants either food or scritches.

Muddy: does his best to trip me if he wants to be picked up and I don't do it immediately. I have fallen from this. Muddy also likes to grab my bowl of ice cream when I'm trying to eat it. He'll hook his nail on the edge of the bowl and pull with all his might to get it closer to him. Muddy really likes ice cream, and doesn't settle for licking out the bottom of the bowl when I'm done. He likes it fresh.

Spanky: he sleeps on my legs. If I try to move, he doesn't get up, he just seems to gain about 20 pounds. He's caused my legs to fall asleep more than once.

Pinky: turns into a kitten at bed time of late and has started to play the "attack anything under the covers that moves" game. He has monster paws and he plays with his claws out. Nobody has done this to me in years, so its a bit annoying.

Its got to be Fudges snoring,it wakes me up oh and Floss never bothers with me,except when she's hungry she prefers my daughter.x

When Midnight curls up to sleep in the litter box.

When Luna refuses to eat catfood, but has no problem begging for human food.
Sneaky drives the kids nuts b/c she sleeps in their bathroom. So what do they do? Pick the poor kitty out when they have to do their "business". And she gives them a look like "What? You guys walk around in MY bathroom" (litter box is in the garage)

Jasper was sleeping in the sink. Again, everyone boots him out when they need to use it. But he's quit sleeping there.

I guess the thing that drives me nuts about Holly is the fact that if she is out- and wants in, she'll hang on the window screen. There is a HUGE hole in the bottom of it from that cat.

When Chacho decides he wants attention while I'm sleeping and shoves his nose in my ear and snorts real loud.
The only thing that really bothers me (well, there are two things) is when Whisper and Bootser, but especially Bootser, decide to counter-surf. I hate cats on the kitchen counter; it makes me spastic. I am constantly cleaning the counters before I prep food, after I'm done cooking, all the time. There's never anything on the counters for them to get into, yet, they'd live there if they were allowed. (I don't mind them on the table, strangely enough....I guess it's b/c we keep a tablecloth on the table and I can just change the tablecloth for dinner.)

Those two are the ones who awaken us at 4:00 in the morning for breakfast, too. It started out with just Bootser, but now Whisper starts yelling, too. And sometimes BooBoo will join in, just because he can, I guess. I don't remember when the last time was that I slept in past 5:00 anyway. And now I'm so used to awakening early that a lot of times, I awaken on my own.

Whisper is particularly good at dive-bombing me to get to Rick. She'll come into the bedroom and jump on me.....she knows right where my bladder is, that's for sure. And then she'll spring off me onto Rick. And then jump back to me, off the bed, and out of bedroom, yelling the whole time. And she starts in around 4 or so. About every two or three minutes. She wants to make sure we're awake. (Rick feeds them during the week b/c he has to be up and moving by 5:00.)

We can't shut the bedroom door, because that upsets Mollipop, who hates closed doors. She'll sit in the hallway and paw at the door and whine about being shut out of the bedroom. If I let her in, that only lasts for about five minutes and then she's ready to go back out again. And that's a vicious cycle, too.

So we take turns feeding them on the weekends. Usually on Saturday, I'll feed them and let Rick sleep in a bit. On Sundays, he has to be up anyway to take his mom to church, so he'll feed them. (But then I have a hard time falling back asleep anyway.)

The two Old Ladies are 17 years old now. And when they want breakfast, they want breakfast! Now!

Fluffy likes to sleep in my purse or dh's backpack. If I walk by her and pet her on the head she will will grab my hand and yowl at me like I am not finished.
Scooter is mostly adorable, except he will come in for a few minutes, then run to the door howling G0 OUT! at the top of his lungs.
Pepper is too lazy to be too bad.
Pearl has decided she will come in when she pleases. She comes in the morning for breakfast, then screeches to go out and sun her her little belly. I could have cheerfully choked when I was trying to get her inside during the hurricane. I got soaked.

I will have to think because it's gonna be a very long list I'm afraid LOL

Trout ruins all of our furniture.

I am actually really worried about it when we move into our new house. If she touches anything, I may have to throw her outside

I'd hate to say anything because Bowser is such a well behaved cat and I feel like I'm almost jinxing myself! The only real complaint I have are his water bowl habits. He sticks his paws in and flicks water across the room, and he used to drag the bowl and get water everywhere but I finally put a tray under it. You also can't have any toilet lids up because he dives right in! Eww.

These are all so great! Maia has a few "ARGG! MAIA, STOP IT!" moments.....at the same time they make me laugh as I type them
One major button she knows how to push is playing with specific things early morning to try and wake me for food. I swear if she had a bell, she would ring it! I live in a one bedroom apt., but my bedroom is my art studio, so it's more like a studio apt. Maia will sit in the kitchen by the garbage can and paw at the trash bag while starring at me for a response! She will also go by the computer desk and start biting and pulling out papers, and she has 2 favorite places where she loves to scratch the wall 'Freddy Krueger' style, ! Sometimes I will jump up out of bed 'Maia stop it!' and all I see is this flash in the dark run by with her tail up, little chirp saying 'atleast I tried'

With the bobcats, the #1 grrrr would have to be the spraying. Natasha loves to shred the toilet paper and paper towels. She lifts the lid on the toilet, splashing all the water out, if I forget to close the door. But the #1 is spraying.
The domestics. It's when they kick half the litter out of the box and it is everywhere. Mind you, these boxes are HUGE. They are not actually litter boxes, but huge plastic bins used for mixing concrete. They have to be in order to fit the bobs.
Carmelo my cougar. He does nothing wrong. He is just a big loving, purring, head licker.

My mosy frustrating kitty is Riley. He is hooked on schedules and treats. He has a stool in the kitchen that sits under the cabinet where we keep the treat, he will sit on that stool and holler every time you walk through the kitchen. If you don't respond by giving him treats, he then starts knocking things off the counter....bowls, cat brushes, bags of pet food, litetally anything he can push over the edge. So annoying

Fred: He's a dairy mooch....well, he is a mooch in general and will not take no for an answer when he wants what you are eating. He eats all the time.

Bogey: Not really his fault but his hairballs are epic. And he typically like to throw them up on my blankets.

Claire: not much of anything really. She's my sweetheart.

Simon: He's so bad I can't actually pinpoint it. The worst is when he attacks Bogey. They don't get to see each other any more because Simon's attacks are so vicious.

We stopped eating cereal because of the "gimme milk" kitties. It's the only thing we used with milk... and it became simply impossible to eat without four or five cats trying to get at it and Billy howling. Eating cereal standing up doesn't really help, because in the RV we have so many vertical spaces, there isn't really anywhere we can stand that they can't reach out to try to grab us. At least the cheese hounds don't always notice when we're having some if we're sneaky about it.

Holy smokes!!! So I'm NOT the only one who does this!!
