The Garden of Maia.......

So this years rooftop garden has definitely had it's challenges but it has been the first summer that Maia has been able to hang out and enjoy what nature I can give her.....
This was in the Spring, when plants were starting.......

This is Maia hanging out under the Angel Trumpet tree, her favorite place to watch the birds.........

This is one of the reasons why this is her favorite place to hang out. The birds love to tease her!

This is my Angel Trumpet unfortunately on a rainy day finally in bloom..

I am aware of this and while my Brugmansia is now 5 years old, I always handle her with care and most importantly make sure Maia who is much more important is always respectful of any and all our plants, indoor and outdoor.

Your garden is beautiful! Friends of mine have a huge terrace up in Harlem and they've made it into a wonderful garden as well...... vegetables, all sorts of flowers, trees. I'm so envious of people who get to have garden space in NYC. Well done!

What an awesome garden, I just love looking at roof top gardens, we dont have anything like that around here
