What's on TV?

Ethel just LOVES to watch TV. She loves nature shows and cooking shows. When I leave for work I leave the TV on the Animal Planet for her.

Here she is enjoying a VCR tape of birds I bought for her... it's an hour long and has all sorts of birds and birds chirping. She is fascinated by it!

Any other TV watching cats out there??

They usually don't like it much, don't really care. But one night we were watching Desperado with Antonio Banderas, and Ophelia couldn't take her eyes off of it! Little girl has very good taste in men.

I always knew that Peaches had class

Oscar will chase the wildlife on TV on Saturday morning when I am watching them nursing a cup of coffee. It's really funny when he swats the screen and then looks all confused.

Put that cat to work in the kitchen! No reason she can't have supper ready by the time you get home!

If she did the cooking you'd probably be eating fried mice with a cat chow side dish!

Spike has the dvd of Video Catnip. It has footage of birds, squirrels and chipmunks. I usually put a chair in front of the tv for him to get on because he like to watch and paw at the birdies.

You're more than welcome and I'm sure your furry friends will enjoy them too! LOL

Spike's was a gift, but I believe that it was purchased from the site that Nicolette mentioned.

You can get it from Cattv.com or on ebay, they have an authorized distributor who lists them on ebay and they are actually a few bucks cheaper that way.

I know this because when I saw someone selling multiple copies for cheap, I contacted Video Catnip to let them know someone was doing that. They got back to me and let me know it was ok, they knew the person who was selling them! I was afraid they were bootleg or something, but they are legit.

My cats love the DVD, by the way! Their cousins in CA currently are borrowing it and love it too!

Molly sometimes watches TV. Once we were watching a show about different pets, and I heard a loud THUNK. Molly got up from the floor shaking her head a little, she tried to attack the bird that was on the TV. Silly girl.

Her cousins in Pennsylvania who live with Mom of 10 Cats (15) and Tybalt loaned the tape. This is the only time she will sit still for a minute!
