First Day of School

So it's the first day of school here for my boys...
Dakin is going into Grade 5, Corbin Grade 4 and Tysin Grade 1.

Don't mind their hair do's...they won't let me cut it

Sleepy eyes, they weren't quite awake yet


Book bags ready to go


Coats on, got their lunches and ready to head out into the rainy morning


On the bus and on their way

OMG, they're adorable! Love the hair! And those smiles!

They have got to be the happiest boys for going back to school!

Dakin and Corbin already have the girls after them.

Madison is a little girl who likes Dakin and she calls him sometimes, he gets so bashful and then gives the phone to me and says "Mom, you talk to her". Of course I don't but then usually Corbin will talk to her.

The teachers are constantly telling me that the girls just love them, a little girl named Destiny claims she's marrying both Corbin AND Dakin

1st day back for my girls too. Kay is starting 6th grade, and Kendra is in 10th.
I feel old.

I only managed to get a pic of Kay, Kendra leaves earlier, and didn't wake me up till she was leaving so I missed out on her "back to school pic".

I love your youngest's hair...it's so cute. That pic with their bookbags turned out really nice, it's so hard to get pics with everyone smiling and looking at the camera and eyes open LOL. Great pic.

Hope the house isn't too quiet for you.

I still have a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old here...they're not mine but I still babysit them everyday

I've had a few people tell me I should have him doing commercials, hahaha

First day here as well! My older kids walked out like they were going to a funeral. My youngest got on his bus like he was off to an amusement park!

My oldest said he'd be less enthusiastic tomorrow. She doesn't remember 1st grade-she begged to go even when it was the weekend!

I love the expression on the bus driver's face in the last pic. Wonder how many parents had to take pics of thier kids getting on the bus. LOL I'm sure someday I will be the nut following the bus in my own car just to make sure she gets there. (OMGOSH just the thought makes me panic!!)

awwww they are really cute!!! I love the hair and the T-shirt that says Homework Kills Trees. I am sure a few teachers will get a smile from that one.
