Well, I am back in the US and unemployed. Both to raise $$$ and to help my mom clear out her house we've been having a garage sale (yard sale really) the past two weekends as weather and hurricaines allow.
Aya has been having a ball. Mom trained her to take walks with her people around the garden while I was gone and she is tickled that her person (me!) wants to hang out outside all day with her.
She busied herself inspecting and supervising as I brought out all the boxes of junk. And greeted the people who came to browse. I think she helped close a few sales with folks who commented on how cute she was.
One gent saw her sitting in the midst of the table of sale goods and asked how much she was.
"She's priceless," I said. He then confessed to being allergic to cats.
