Update on Whisker's Moms' Grandpa

Ghyslaine has asked me to let you all know that her grandpa died this morning at 4:30am, peacefully.

May God take good care of your loved ones and wrap His arms around you and give you peace.

I'm so sorry to hear that. At least he's now free from pain.

My heart and many prayers are with Ghys and her family.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Ghys's grandpa has gone on to a very wonderful and beautiful place now, but I know this is a very difficult time for the family. I am sending lots of peaceful and healing thoughts and prayers to them all.

And thank you for posting this kellye... I was having a bit of an emotional time this morning, and she graciously did this for me.

It's been a long and exhausting road for all of us, especially grandpa.

I am sure he is resting in peace.

When I am a little bit more up to it, I will fill you in on the last moments. Just amazing.......

I've come to realize that there definately is what we call 'the other side' for family members, and for all of you who have lost pets and wonder if Rainbow Bridge does exist.... there is no doubt in my mind that it does.

Thank you for all the support I have received here since grandpa's illness began. I have found comfort in all your words and will cherish your thoughts and prayers forever....

Ghys, I'm really sorry to hear about your grandpa. I know how hard it is to lose someone you love, my grandpa died a few years ago. I hope you can take comfort in thinking that he is at peace. Here is a poem I got in my email the other day. I think it has a beautiful, hopeful message.
