An administrator can set a temporary password and send it to you by email so that you can log in. Once you've done that, you can reset your password by going to your User CP (top left) --> Edit Email & Password.
Duplicate accounts are against the TCS and create more work for the team, quite apart from confusing matters. Thank you!
