This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...
This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....
I have two cats a 1yr old and a 5mo old and they both love this food, the duck seems to be the kind they love most.

purchased this from air force exchange for use while traveling in our class a RV. its adjustable for size with a spring loaded top also by leaving out sections. the only problem with it is the...
A customer gave DH a shaker of homemade pepper today. I've never thought about how pepper was made before, but I am getting ready to do an online investigation. I am so excited about that pepper...I can't wait to try it.
It'll spoil you. We use a mix of different peppercorns for "regular" ground pepper, but dry and grind hot peppers from the garden for hot pepper. I usually don't bother with the dehydrator - just hang the peppers up to dry out, then use a coffee grinder.

This looks like black pepper. I wonder if that's how she made it?

Like jcat, we use a mix of different peppercorns for our pepper here, too. I've never dried hot peppers or anything like that.
What are you going to use it on first?
I am planning to make "breakfast for dinner" one night, including a frittata. That's what I first going to try the pepper on. I don't know the customer, but she probably has no idea how tickled I am over that jar of pepper.
Wow, we are hearing about so many home-made foods here lately! Maybe we need to start a recipe book!
Wasn't there a TCS cookbook a few years ago, or am I being delusional? I agree it's a great idea! There have been so many recipes flying around recently I can't figure out where to find half of them. To compile them all in one place is a great idea!

It must have been before I joined...I would love such a cookbook!
After I first saw this post, I went googling to see if I could get some ideas on making my own pepper.
I found a lot of ideas, but then, I found this gem:
I tried it tonight. The first thing I did was get it in my eye. But no harm done. I put it in mashed potatoes and it was really good. Much hotter than regular black pepper, but delicious. I've got to try my hand at making this next year.
I KNOW there was a TCS cookbook, because I edited one of the chapters, LOL. Heidi (Valanhb) was in charge of it, so maybe search under her name. It was at least 3 years ago I think.

Sounds really good!
Was it a mix of peppercorns or already grated? I love pepper.
