My cats absolutely hate 4Health. They *will* eat it when they're hungry, but they don't like it. What's another food in this price range that may be more palatable?

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul is good, and around the same price if you can find it. Diamond Naturals is also pretty good in the ingredients department, but for some reason it just doesn't seem to be well tolerated among the cats I know. It might be worth a try, though. Or mix? I mix 4-5 different brands so my cats don't get too picky.

How much are you currently paying for 4Health? (it varies by area)

It's $19.99 for 18 pounds around here. I don't think there's much variation in price since only TSC sells it. I don't know about the smaller bags.

Yeah, it's even cheaper than Purina ONE ($21.99 for 16 pounds at Wal-Mart), but actually has halfway decent ingredients.
Diamond Naturals Active Cat is also sold at TSC (usually very near the 4Health), and is the same price. Maybe grab a small bag of that and see if your cats like it, and if they do, mix it with the 4Health and let it sit long enough so it all smells the same. That might trick them into eating the 4Health along with it.
