My friend Jean's cat Jasper passed away on Monday.
I want to post a memorial for him as I knew him well, and I know Jean is heartbroken at losing her sweet companion.
Jasper was such a sweetheart, always ready for some combing and some extra kibbles. I called him Mr Pipsqueaker because he had a tiny squeaky meow which seemed so funny coming out of that big boy! He was very gentle, content to just enjoy the best things a cat's life can offer: squirrel watching from a sunny window, claiming his rightful place in the middle of the king sized bed, chasing the laser pointer with a sprightly vengeance that always surprised me, and of course being combed.
RIP sweet Jasper.
You had 14 good years in a home where you were well loved and your human will treasure your memory forever.
