Went to the local pet store today....

And they have kittens there from the local shelter, all spayed/neutered and about 6 months old. So cute! They were all meowing for attention and rubbing up against their crate and purring, sounded like a motorbike fest. They were so sweet and friendly, I wanted to take them all home I didn't of course, just settled for buying new collars for my kitties and toys for the pooch. Also ordered boomerang tags for the furbabies today. Waiting for delivery of my Pioneer ceramic fountain. The kitties sure are spoiled this week...

They sure are! BTW, same here I always wanna pet the kittens at Petsmart and play with them, but I'm greeted like a furious housewife that found lipstick on her husbands collar if I have the smell of other cats on me. So for Buttercup's sake especially, I have to remain faithful and can look but not touch!

At the clinic where I work, we take in animals from the.humane society. On the second day I worked there, (well, 2nd day of my working interview), I adopted a kitten because they entered him and I couldn't keep my eyes off him. If I adopted every cat that melted my heart, I would have a huge cat family! Now we have these two kittens and they are just adorable. It is so easy for us at the clinic to adopt them. Oh our hard lives.....sigh.

That's why I hate going into Pet Smart, I see the cats in the adoption center and I want to take them all home.
