I'm so stressed I feel like I'm going to pop.

My 15yr old sister was being talked to inappropriately by my step sister's boyfriend, and my mom's side of the family can't even do anything about it, so now she has to stay with my dad full time; and to top it off that all started because she went wandering off to the park at night so we thought she was off with her boyfriend who knows where and my dad was 2 minutes away from calling the cops.

My boyfriend graduated early from university with good grades, but somehow managed to be rejected by every law school he applied at, and now while he's trying to apply for a second bachelor's, his parents are basically passive aggressively telling him every day they don't want him living there anymore.

All that on top of the usual fighting that goes on between me and my grandparents, my constant battle to not fall back into depression and pressure from all sides to get a car and start school again.

What do you guys do to cope with stress? :[ :[

Awww hun, I am sorry things are so crappy right now for you.

When I am stressed I just take one day at a time and tell myself that it could ALWAYS be worse and that a lot of people out there have it MUCH worse than I do.

I take up something that gets me out of the house - usually I start going for walks or runs, or get into going to the gym for 'unwind time' after work. I find just giving myself 30min - an hour for time alone in my own head helps.

Here's hoping things calm down for you guys soon.

Thanks guys, sorry for the belated response.

I ended up going for a walk and then taking a bath and it helped calm me down.
