emoticon sites??

Hey guys, I see that a lot of you are using emoticons to say happy birthday or thank you or things like that, and a lot of them have cats and it's super cute.
I was wondering where you find those, if there is a site where I can maybe look? I want to send them to a few people at work who have been super nice and helpful to me...
