Morning!

My question today is.....

It's your birthday! And I would like to cook your birthday dinner. I will cook anything you wish today. What would you like for your birthday dinner?

LOL Its more in how I feel more than anything. I swear everyday I find grey hairs and I feel creaky and grumpy. I swear Im turning into the grumpy old lady sitting on her rocker on the front porch shot gun in lap and ten thousand cats around her. LOL Im 26 going on 80.

I would love a yummy broccoli salad and some kind of yummy chicken dish, nothing spicy but something different.

A thick cheesy and meaty lasagna, esp. if it is like my sis's.
And buttery garlic bread. Mmmmmmmm....

Roast duck, mashed potatoes, candied parsnips, green peas, cabbage rolls and a b'day cake - spice cake, please, with brown sugar frosting but no candles, would burn the cake down

A well done, tender t-bone steak, thin-sliced onion rings in a beer batter, a dinner roll or 2, steamed broccoli, and blackberry cobbler followed by a big piece of chocolate cake. And if both cobbler and cake were ala mode, that would be just fine.

Maybe some nice wine or since we're celebrating, champagne.
I join at this option, I´m beef lover!...
I´m carnivourus so this is a good option, BUT I´ll change the champagne for a Cavernet Sauvignon to deligthful more the meat!...

& a Chocolate fudge with cherrys as desert!...
...

I´m starve!...

First a nice green salad with yummy veggies (no mushrooms, I am allergic) with ranch dressing and garlic croutons, Creamy clam chowder, Lobster with drawn butter, a nice boneless, skinless chicken breast sauteed in garlic butter, baked potato with butter, cheese and real bacon bits, candied carrots. And for dessert, either chocolate cake, strawberry cheesecake, boysenberry pie with whipped cream, or fresh strawberry pie with whipped cream.

I never would be able to eat all that though.

Eye round roast on the rotisserie in a red wine, shelled lobster and crab with drawn butter, homemade mashed potatoes, green beans, crusty warm Italian bread.

And a ice cream cake for dessert!
(I WILL get an ice cream cake next year, even if I have to buy it for myself haha).

My mom made me the dinner I mentioned above (minus the lobster & crab) for my birthday last year. So yummy
