Today my dd and I went to www.fossilrim.org . It's a 900 acre working wildlife ranch that has many threatened species of deer and hoofstock from all over the world. The animals roam freely, for the most part. It also has a cheetah breeding program, Mexican maned wolves, and rhinos.
We are lucky that we live only 30 minutes away from this place, and have gone there about 100 times by now (ever since dd was 6 mos old!) We know many of the animals by site!
