Unfortunately, things can be happening and it's just not "visible" in her bloodwork yet.
Did the vet say anything about her breathing? Was her heart tested? No murmur? An xray done? Her lungs are clear?
Sounds like she could be having some kind of issue with her heart.

Is she indoor/outdoor or indoor only?
And you say it's not some kind of poisoning because her kidney and liver functions are normal? Were her thyroid levels checked?
How long has she gone without eating? Did the vet talk to you about how important it is that she eat? If she won't eat, you
must syringe feed her, or she is at risk for developing hepadic lipidosis (fatty liver). Cats, unlike people, are not set up to process fat stores in their bodies, and going without food can become fatal.
You can encourage her to eat by getting smelly foods - Fancy Feast. Or by getting dehydrated liver (sold as a cat treat) and crumbling it on top of the food. Or dehydrated tuna treats - anything smelly to stimulate her to eat. If none of this works, you'll have to syringe feed her.
I don't know how much she weighs or should weigh, but I'd call the vet tomorrow to ask about feeding her a/d (designed to be fed through a feeding syringe). Here is the feeding guide:
http://www.hillspet.com/products/pd-...re-canned.html. A 10 pound cat requires 2 cans per day (11 ounces). If you want to keep track of how much she's eating on her own, one ounce of food is 30ml.
Vibes for your baby.
