Greetings from the local hospital!

It started as a routine blood test and now I am in the hospital having just finished my 4th unit of blood due to low blood count. And that is leading to a series of tests pointing to gynocological problems.

Luckily they have wireless internet here.

Would appreciate allthe prayers and vibes you all can spare.

I'M HOME!!!

After a total of 6 units of blood they got my count above 9 (it was down at 6). They did an endometrial biospy and that result should be ready in a couple of days. Meanwhile, I am to be a good girl and take my meds like I was supposed to. I hadn't been and my thyroid was so low it may have contributed to my problems. Anyway, I am more perky and feeling better.

Lots if to all who sent vibes. They are always appreciated.

Thank Larry for the headbumps. A paramedic student did start my IV site (while in Emergency) but he didn't look like Johnny Gage, darn it.

Jan, glad you're home and feeling better! And, um... I think the kitties need to have a stern chat with you about TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF and taking your meds like you're supposed to!

Now head over to Smudge's and have a milkshake!

Keeping up the vibes!!!!! I hope there's no ongoing problem, and that taking your meds is all you need to do!
