Morning all!

Not too much happening today other than work. I had to get fosters Ying and Yang ready this morning to send them to an SPCA in a neighboring city. That SPCA has some space, and where the boys are still young, they have a much better chance of adoption there.

The rest of the fosters who were all quite ill when they got here are doing GREAT! Their eyes are all clearing up, no more syringe feeding, etc. Makes me SO happy!

I suppose I should get some work done. Have a good day all.

I'm so glad things are going well for all the kitties, Kailie

I am babysitting today and trying to get some work done. I have a friend and her little boy coming over for a few hrs this afternoon, supper, run and work for me tonight.

I lost 3 lbs this week, YAY me

I have a guy coming tomorrow to give us an estimate on redoing our living room floor. It needs to be sanded, stained and varnished. Hopefully it's not too much.

Morning Friends!

Congrats on the great care, Kailie....those babies will be fine, thanks to you! I know they'll all find great homes.

And kudos on the 3-pound loss, Momto3boys!

I'm going to pull my red beets tonight and get them in the freezer. And make more tomato sauce...now that the tomatoes are starting to ripen, they're ripening fast.

And that's pretty much it for me today. Not much going on. (I like it that way.)

Morning... gloomy and early.. We're getting a new roof this week! The roofers got here just before 7AM and are ripping off the ugly old wood shake. It sounds like the house is going to come crashing down!! Dorothy's upset by all the noise, but Genever is surprisingly calm about it. I think she's the calmest of the 3 of us! BF said they think they might be done by 1 today. I hope so. I also hope they're done by Friday.

So that's my day, and possibly my week. Just hanging at the house. I caught up on laundry yesterday, and don't really want to clean a whole lot until after the roof is done because even though windows and doors are closed, I'm sure it'll get a bit dusty in here. That's just how dust is. Oh, I need to finish up the curtains I'm making for the kitchen. Yes, today will be a good day for that I think.

Well, time for a coffee refill. Have a good day everyone!

PS- How badly do I need my coffee refill? I just put some sugar in my mug, and started stirring. BEFORE I poured in the coffee!!

Oh Erica - you have a noisy week in store so fill up on that coffee. Maybe even Dorothy and G-Cat will want a cup

Brandy - YAY for the three pounds!! That is just great

Kailie - Glad the kitties are doing so well !! AND GUESS WHAT!! Tomorrow I am getting a tattoo on my inner left forearm of Wilbur's ( my sweet old dog ) paw!!! will share a picture of it with you.

My life is starting to get back to a normal routine. I think that black cloud is dissapating slightly. It feels good to be back in the Cat Lounge once again..

Walden is coming over to me right now to give me some more love bites on my chin He is so loving and I am so happy to be keeping these two boys, it was an unexpected gift to me and to them. They are just to sweet and no trouble at all. Today I have a TON of errands to run. Petsmart, Jewel, Vitamin Store, Bank, OH I am getting my nails done too !!!!!
