Most of them are sleeping, but Shareena is trying to get at the lizard which is, fortunately, on the outside of the window and she is on the inside.

McGee's not much for playing. He's currently snoozing on my bed, which is really what I should be doing, too...I think he might be on to something.

When I left work, Picasso was trying to play with her little toy mouse, but Monet kept pouncing at her, disturbing her focused play!

At Goodwill the other day, I picked up a package of ping-pong balls for a quarter, and the kitties love them! Dylan is slinging one around right now.

Right now, my crew aren't playing with anything. They're all pooped out from their nightly activities, and after eating their breakfast.

say wha?? This is FANTASTIC!!! I've never heard of such a thing! - that is so amazingly hysterical, I <3 Spencer and his weird thing he does to either a.) amuse himself, or b.) to keep himself occupied - what a weirdo!

Dave, Lilly, and Jake are all out like a light snoozing, as this is the 3rd day of having a brand new roof installed, they are so stressed in the day when the roofers are banging and tearing away at the house, that they sleep like lambs come nightfall when the roofers goes home for the day..

Yes, I've found ping-pong balls to be excellent toys, since they are so light and easy to bat around.

The three girls are sleeping but I can hear Ramsey jumping in and out of an empty box
I can also hear one of the dogs trying to get into the box with him.

What a fun thread!

Right now, Cassidy is passively playing. She is on my bed, pretending to nap. And, each time Finnegan comes flailing over to where she is at, she smacks him! It's really quite amusing. And, judging by the fact that she hasn't moved to a more quiet spot, I think she's having fun.

Delaney is chattering. She sees the tank the toads are in and is staring intently at it. I'm supervising so no one can get injured or loose, but she is having a blast watching the toads rustle around. When she sees one jump, she starts talking and meowing. Oh, there she goes again!

Emory and Finnegan are playing with one another and also with a crinkle toy. It's one of Finn's favorites. And, since I am also hearing some jingling, I'm thinking they're also batting around one of their balls. Pretty soon, Em will get fed up with Finnegan and he'll go back to harassing Cassidy. Either that or he'll move in on one of the dogs. I think he thinks they're his personal "squeak" toys. Or, maybe it's the other way around. I'm not quite sure...

Since I'm going to be going to bed soon, I think they'll all settle down for the night. Then, in the morning, it'll be playtime once again. Oh, to live the life of a well loved cat
.
