A two-layer white coconut cake with coconut buttercream frosting. And since nobody wants to be bothered making one, I have to make my own! I also make it for my sister's birthday and my brother's birthday as it's their favorite cake, too.

Either whipped cream or butter cream (love both) and either lemon or banana filling. My sister just celebrated her 83rd birthday on the 5th and her twins celebrated their 54th yesterday. We are celebrating both today and the cake has lemon filling,

I like anything chocolate. Anything. Add peanut butter and I'm in the throes of ecstasy.

Cake? Chocolate or devils food with any kind of frosting. Do they make peanut butter frosting? Ahh, I could just spread peanut butter on chocolate cake. Yup.

There is a cupcake place here that makes peanut butter icing. They make one that's a REALLY good chocolate cupcake with peanut butter icing. They are expensive, but soooo good.

Chocolate Cake with Chocolate frosting. I also like banana nut cake with cream cheese frosting, carrot cake with the cream cheese and almost any kind of cake!

Anything homemade, really. I HATE store bought cake (as in the ones that are already made, not box mixes those are good). If it is homemade I will devour it.

My favorite cake, though, is Funfetti.

I like German Chocolate, usually, homemade! Well semi-homemade with the box, lol. I also like cheesecake, the past few years I have had cheesecake for my birthday. We just buy it. I am going to have a blizzard cake from Dairy Queen of my choice this year since we have a coupon for $2 off on a cake. I also love Kahlua cream pie that I had in 2009 for my birthday. French Silk Pie is on my list too.

We had Angel food cake for my brother's birthday last year it was yummy! I did have ice cream cake from Dairy Queen at my friend's baby shower 6 years ago and it was YUM.
