Foster boys....... finally pictures too.... - Page 2

AW Thanks so much , kinda strange how it worked out and the timing too. I think I needed them as much as they needed me. And they DO fit in so perfectly and yes, Laurie (she knows me so well) said they were the "Super Six"!!!!! . I think I am going to add another word to their title, and call them "The Sensationally Super Six".

Right now, Walden is giving me love bites. Each morning when I post on TCS, OH my POOR CHIN OUCH!!!!

OMG - This is a first and I just had to share this!! PERLA is grooming Wendall right now on the head (another ). I might try to get a picture, but I have a feeling if I move, she will run off too. So I am just going to sit here and watch in amazement!!!. These boys have been a blessing to all of us in some way or another.

Last night I woke to a paw in the mouth . Walden decided I should open my mouth and speak at about 3:30 a.m.!!! Well, it worked

Aw thanks friends .... Walden has the sweetest meow and answers me from where ever he is in the house when I call him. I also call him Sneakers, because he runs out doors very quickly but then he just stops and freezes and lets me come and pick him up. He is now going in the bathroom cabinets and hiding out. I completely panicked today. I couldn't find him to save my life especially since he always answers me when I call to him. . I thought somehow he got out of the house. I was a wreck. I went into the bathroom and opened the closet to look again. Then I heard a quiet meow. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! WALDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I heard it again, I opened up the tall cabinet in the bathroom and still couldn't find him. WALDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another mew. He was on the bottom shelf, way in the back behind two plastic containers where I keep extra bathroom supplies. I pulled out one of the containers and there he was with a big smile on his face OH SNEAKERS!!!!!!!! and I pulled him out. He knows how to open this cabinet with his paw, it is easy to do. He is the most mellow cat I have ever known. He walks real slow, he just a cool dude. They both are awesome kitties.

I just hope that lady doesn't want them back sometime down the road. I feel sorry for her, but she should have never let this abuse go on as long as she did. It's one thing when you allow yourself to be abused but to stand back and allow innocent, defenseless little kittens, there is no excuse in the world for that, none whatsoever. Never thought about that but someone mentioned it to me. I will never let them go back to her and they are microchipped to me now anyway and I will fight like crazy if it were to come to that.....

I just talked to Jason yesterday. The woman is moving out of the apartment end of September (after the court dates) and going back to Mexico to live with her parents. She is very grateful to me for taking the boys and giving them a home. She wanted to come over to my house and see them once before she left . There is NO WAY I am allowing that !!!!!!! First of all, I don't want her to know where I live and second I would be so scared if her husband ever found out where I lived . Jason explained this to her and she agreed. The woman just feels so guilty that she allowed the abuse to take place on those two kittens, and actually, she should. I have some anger towards her as well because she certainly could have gotten those kittens out of that apartment early on when he started dunking and freezing them . Animal Control would have taken them. So to me, in part, she is responsible for their terror.

The boys are SOOOOOO happy and loved SOOOOOO much. They are just the perfect fit with my other cats.

Don't worry, I WON'T........... as you read above, she wanted to come over and say goodbye.. It ain't happening. AND, I really doubt Walden and Wendall want to ever see her again either as I am sure they associated her with their pain and suffering. Walden has life in his eyes, and I will not let him think for a second she is coming to get them. I don't want them traumatized at the sight of her and the reminder of their past. Only happy memories for them from now on.

My sentiments exactly. Jason promised me he won't divulge my name or address.
