Right here! :)
I never go out of the Lounge, so I am bit afraid here...alone...away from home...

I think this would fit in here more than in the lounge though...

I was wondering about Feykirófa. I got her spayd last Januray (after she ruined my sofa and laptop case and other things by peeing on them while on heat for the first time...)
Before she was alway so skinny, I even took her once to the vet since I was so worried about her, but apparently she was fit and healthy and enough fat under the skin, ske was just the skinny tipe

Pollýanna is rather a petit cat, and Feykirófa used to be allmost half her size - and Feykirofas mother was only half Feykirófa´s size! The vet once told me that he had never seen an adult cat this small...

Do I have a point with all this?????

This last months I have noticed that Feykirófa is getting really fat, it´s like she is growing, she is now bigger than Pollýanna and a very round cat. She is still very fit (as she likes to run and clinb trees and such), but very big and round.

Do you think this has anything to do with the spaying?

She is eating the same food as always, so it´s not a difference there.

Both of my girls got a little round after spaying. They are both fine, but it concerned me enough to ask my vet. It may be nothing, but it still may be a good idea to check with the vet.

Zoey has been gaining weight since I got her. I can just tell. Plus she is young, a little over a year. Her fat pad is getting bigger though!!! So I've put her on lite food.

My cats too. Especially Abby. I put them on lite food at the beginning on the week. They aren't really thrilled about it.

As long as your kitties are over a year old it is OK to put them on a diet or lite food. If they are under a year, they need the extra nutrition of kitten food and I would up the play time instead.

I cant wait to weigh her again at the vet next year.. I bet she's gained a pound at least!! She's very 'dense' as in body mass.

Zoey really likes that Chicken Soup for the cat lovers soul dry food.. its lite and she inhales it! Even the Nutro wet food lite she likes. I'm reaaallly glad about that.
Some lady came over to buy a trampoline off me and she goes "wow she's a pudgy one isnt she" I was like
I dont think so!! lol.. hmmm

Before you put your cat on any type of diet, talk to your vet first to find out if the cat is indeed overweight. Diets without veterinary supervision are oftentimes dangerous for the cat, because the owner determines the cat is too fat and then decides to drop the weight quickly leading to major health issues and sadly sometimes even death.
