Hey! I'm Katie, and I just adopted my first cat ever a week ago. He's a 4-year-old buff tabby (at least that's what the shelter worker said his coat color/pattern was...must post pics at a later date to confirm!) named McGee. Yes, after the NCIS character, because he's a little husky (13 pounds) and a total sweetheart. He isn't much for toys, although he has recently found an extra wrapped straw to be fun, as well as Kleenex. He'd rather cuddle or sleep. He's such a lover. He even rolls over for belly rubs. 
Since this is my first cat, I do have lots of questions, so where better to get some free advice than a forum?
