I love his hair!

I love seeing small children and animals sleeping together.
Its the natural order of things and just makes the world feel right.

I also love his hair and this picture is just perfect.
Dixie (I got it right this time!) and Ollie are just darling!

Tysin gets soooooo many compliments on his hair, most people love it

But I've also had alot of very rude comments

The cats LOVE him, he is a very calm little boy and he puts off ALOT of heat when he sleeps, he very rarely sleeps with blankets and usually by the middle of night he gets up and strips down to his underwear. I think that's why the animals love cuddling with him, he's just so warm

Oh and about the nail polish....I was painting the lnails of the little girl I babysit and Tysin wanted his done sooooooo bad, so I did them and he loves them. Craig on the other hand didn't think it was so funny , haha.

A little nail polish won't do a boy any harm at all.

That reminds me a bit of the big "controversy" when a magazine featured "a mother– J.Crew’s creative director, Jenna Lyons–and her son delighting in one another’s company on a Saturday afternoon by painting their toenails hot pink." http://msmagazine.com/blog/blog/2011...es-pink-scare/

Jon Stewart did a hilarious talk about it.

Hahaha you're right because I've painted them before

Thankfully I don't think Ty pays attention, maybe he does, I'm not sure but he's never mentioned it.

I've been asked twice now if he has a disease that makes his hair stand up like that and one girl told me if she was her son she wouldn't let him go out in public like that I asked her what she was talking about and she said I should be keeping it shaved.

I nearly punched her in the face!!!

It's always been like that
Here he is with Craig when he was 1

I think people have a natural aversion and fascination with things they consider "different."

His hair is gorgeous and I would have held her while you punched her.

What a cute picture. I think he is a handsome boy including his hair. Some people are just rude and speak before they think. Imagine someone saying a child shouldn't be out in public that is one of the rudest things someone can say.

He's adorable! Don't mind what rude people say about anything. he likes his hair, and that's what matters. My oldest son went through a long hair phase that drove my husband up a wall. (Come to think of it, my husband is always up a wall over something! ) His hair is light blond and curly. He looked gorgeous with it long.

Plenty of people had comments about it, especially his football coach, until I put him in his place.

Now it's short, but as long as he's happy-I'm good.

OH, and all of my sons went through some kind of girly phase. They have an older sister, so their first playmate was a girl. Of course my husband was told to clam up and stay up the wall.

My oldest and youngest did the girly stuff but my middle son never really went through it

Tysin wants a mohawk so he's gonna be getting a haircut soon!

I can't believe you've gotten rude comments, your son's hair is awesome

As for painting his nails, he's starting early getting ready for high school and college. A lot of the guys I went to high school/college with had their nails painted.
