Does anyone have a Hollywood Kitty Co cat tree?

I found these last night when I was googling plans on building a cat tree or condo. They have some awesome designs, but I'm not sure on the quality. So I was wondering if anyone had one and could comment on how well they are made? They are spendy so I want to know the quality before I consider buying one.

HOLY CRAP those are wicked crazy priced

Can you imagine buying your cat holiday cat trees?!?! LOL that's awesome.
As much as I love to spend money I would never in a million years pay those prices.
For $250 you can get a nice BIG cat tree, not a dinky little 3 footer. If I was you I would definately shop around.
