Just thought I'd make everyone jealous

Carb overload this morning includes boston creme donuts (REALLY good ones), chocolate cake donuts, maple donuts with nuts, and other goodies! I'm partial to the boston creme so I'm sticking with 2 of those - one I've already eaten, and one I'll be ready to eat in... oh, another 3 hours from now, after the first round of sugar wears off.

Oh man, I haven't had a donut in YEARS! I always loved Boston Cream ones too. But for some reason I developed a sort of aversion to donuts some years ago. I don't know why, they taste good, but I always feel bad after eating one. I'd have no problem eating a bag of potato chips, or some equally unhealthy cookies, but if I eat a donut, something in my mind just makes me feel horrible! It's ridiculous, I know, because I don't think donuts are really any worse than other 'bad foods' but in my strange head, they're like the devil of food or something.

To get over your fears you have to face them right? So, maybe I should go get a Boston Cream donut and try to beat this...

I became addicted to Krispy Kremes when they came here to Canada.

I made my mom's recipe for donuts yesterday which made just under 7 dozen so now you have me hungry for a donut. Guess I'll just pop into the kitchen and have one (or two).

Mmmmmmm,YUMMY!! Where is mine?? We don't seem to have much variety of dougnuts over here,I think the most exciting is a jam doughnut x
