Pork. Ribs, chops, tenderloin, roasts, etc. Nothing is better than a pulled pork sandwich, piled high with pork, coleslaw, and Espresso BBQ Sauce!

I love, love, love BBQ chicken. And I love it when Louisville Wings are on our grill, with their bourbon and Tabasco sauce.

But I could live on any kind of grilled pork.

We are having Coffee-Crusted Pork Tenderloins on the grill today for dinner! With grilled apple slices. Yum!

Me? I prefer sliced pork BBQ.
The meat must be cooked in the BBQ sauce and not added at the last second. Than ain't BBQ, IMHO.

burgers and hotdogs. I don't really care for steak as it is too hard for me to chew it. I do love a good fall off the bone chicken though. And if it is done right, I like tri-tip. Oh and fall off the bone beef ribs.

Mmmmm! Pretty much everything. I do love a good steak (rib-eye is my top fave). I have not had such good luck with ribs and my DH doesn't really like gnawing on meat with bones in it, for some reason. Country style boneless ribs are doable now and then. Last night he grilled burgers that were awesome (particularly because I didn't have to make them!)

I also love grilled veggies. It's fun to experiment with different veggies and marinades and spices. Mmmmm! I'm hungry now!

spudsmom: With ribs (pork or beef) I cook them in the bbq sauce about 4 hours in the crockpot and then transfer to the grill for browning, basting and carmelizing.
